[My Charity Account] Main Charity Administrator

The Account Info tab is where you manage your account users and settings, as well as update your banking details and charity’s mailing address.

 

1. Login to your Charity Account and click on the ‘Account Info’ tab.

2. View the main administrator of the account, or click the ‘Change’ button to update the Main Admin.

NOTE: Only the current Main Admin can change the main admin to another person.

3. View the current Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) details for your charity, or click the ‘Change’ button to update your charity’s banking details.

NOTE: A blank EFT form will open in a new tab. Simply fill it out and send it to info@canadahelps.org with a new supporting document (i.e., void cheque or PAD form).
