How to Update Banking Details
Changing your banking details is quick, easy, and secure. CanadaHelps partners with Flinks, a trusted Canadian company, to ensure the highest level of security and privacy when verifying your banking information. To update your Charity’s banking information, please follow the steps provided below:
1. Sign into your CanadaHelps Account here
2. Select the name/email that appears at the top right-hand corner and click into Charity Account
3. Navigate to the Account Info tab
4. Next to your current banking details, select the pencil icon
5. Follow the prompts within your account to validate your Charity’s banking information
