Donation Disbursement Schedule
If you’re signed up for a Full Fundraising account (i.e., have provided us with Electronic Fund Transfers [EFT] details), we disburse funds once a week. In other words, donations made between Sunday and Saturday are disbursed the following Thursday.
NOTE: It can take a few days to clear in the charity’s bank account depending on its arrangements with its bank.
For charities that are not registered to received weekly EFT’s, we send out a cheque to the mailing address listed in the CRA database. Please be advised that cheque disbursements over $100 (net amount) will be disbursed on a monthly basis. Cheque amounts that do meet meet the minimum amount will be disbursed quarterly.
