Form Set up – Donor Options
Take the customization of your donation form one step further by turning on/off some additional features for your donors.
General Options
- Allow donors to leave a private message to your charity
- Give donors the option to remain completely anonymous (you will not be able to see their full name, email, or mailing address)
- Allow CanadaHelps to ask for a small, optional one-time donation to support our work
- Give donors the option to cover the processing fees (automatically calculated based on their donation amount)
- Allow donors to check off a box asking to join your mailing list (NOTE: you will then have to manually add them to your mailing list)
- Ask donors for their phone number (this field will always be optional)
Donor Dedication Preferences
- Allow donors to dedicate their donation (i.e., make it in memory/in honour of someone)
- Allow donors to ask your charity to mail a physical card to a loved one on their behalf (if your charity provides this service)
