Trouble Resetting Password
If you’re having trouble updating the password for your My Charity Account, make sure that you’ve only requested one password reset email. If you’ve requested more than one email, only the most recent email will have a working link, so make sure to delete any old password reset emails in your Inbox.
The reset link expires within a few hours, so it must be used relatively soon after having been sent.
Also, make sure you’re not logged in to your CanadaHelps account while clicking on the password reset link you’ve received.
