Changing Your Account Password

Or, from the CanadaHelps.org landing page:
1. Click on the Sign In button in the top-right hand corner.
TIP: If you are logged in and see your username/email address instead of the Sign In button, click on this username to Log Out. Then click on the Sign In button in the top-right hand corner.
2. Once on the sign in screen, click on the Forgot your password? link (pictured below).
3. Insert your main charity admin OR linked user email address (i.e., the email address you use to login regularly), and we’ll send you an email with a link you can click to choose a new password.
