Tax receipts for Ticketed Events
CanadaHelps uses a serialized number system for all tax receipts issued for Event tickets and event donations.
It follows this format: C-NNNNNNN-MMMMMMMMMM
- The “C-” indicates that CanadaHelps generated this tax receipt, and is distinct from the tax receipts issued for other donations from other sources.
- The “NNNNNNN-” is a 7 digit charity ID assigned by CanadaHelps to your charity.
- The “MMMMMMMMMM” is a 10 digit serialized number specific to the your charity’s event.
