[Donor Management System] Adding Custom Columns on select Reports

In addition to filtering Reports, you can also add Custom Columns to obtain even more detailed metrics.


Which Reports can I add Custom Columns to?

Custom Columns can only be added on the following select Reports:

  • Contribution History by Campaign (Summary)
  • Contribution History by Campaign (Detailed)
  • Contribution History by Campaign Group (Summary)
  • Contribution History by Campaign Group (Detailed)
  • Contribution History by CH Fund (Summary)
  • Contribution History by Fund (Summary)
  • Contribution History by Fund (Detailed)
  • Contribution History by GL Account (Summary)
  • Contribution History by GL Account (Detailed)
  • Contribution History by Source (Summary)
  • Receipts
  • Relationship Report
  • Contact Report (Detailed)
  • Activity Report
  • Opportunity Report

Note: each Report will have its own dedicated Custom Columns according to each specific metric.


Adding Custom Columns to Reports

1. Go to the Reports Tab

2. Select one of the Reports that have available Custom Columns

3. Select the Columns tab on the top left

4. You will see a list of available Custom Columns (1) to be selected. Some Reports also have Custom Columns on expandable sections (2)

5. When ready, select Refresh Results at the bottom to see the selected Custom Columns on the Report

6. You can also export these Reports with the selected Custom Columns
