How do I manage my charity’s Profile Page?
You manage your charity’s profile page by logging into your Charity Account and accessing the “Profile” section.
Under this tab, you’ll see options for;
- Main Profile Page
- Impact Page
- Campaign Pages
- Discovery Setting
Under the “Main Profile Page” you’ll see details and content that you can add to your charity’s profile page. Work your way through all the tabs:
Media Library – this is where you can upload and store images and link to videos that you would like to add to your profile or campaigns.
Page Visuals – Add a high impact main image to your profile page and create a carousel of images and videos to showcase the work you do. You must first add images and videos to your Media Library before you can set your page visuals. For the best result, add at least five items to your media carousel.
Quotes – Using the Quotes feature can be a powerful motivator to donors. Share what the press, donors and volunteers are saying.
Donation Presets – Provide suggested donation amounts to donors (e.g. $25, $50, $100, $250) and let donors know the tangible impact of the donation amount (e.g. Your donation of $25 will provide a school kit for a child in need). There will always be the option for donors to enter a donation amount of their choosing.
Campaigns – Campaign pages are highlighted on your charity profile page, and are promoted on the campaign-browsing page on CanadaHelps.
Discovery Setting – Review and select the most suitable categories for your charity and then select the main geographical scope of your charity’s work. Choose up to 3 search categories that correspond directly to your mission.
