Can I resend a ticket to the purchaser and/or attendee?
Yes. Once you’re in your charity account, go to Events, Manage area, Sales & Donations. Under Online Sales, there’s a drop-down menu that includes “Bulk Actions”. Click on the arrow and you’ll see Resend Tax Receipts and Resend Tickets. If you need to resend tax receipts or tickets for attendees, simply follow the same steps from the Attendees tab.
